ATAKA MPs SIDEROV AND CHUKOLOV GOT AN INDICTMENT OVER THE ALCOHOL AND TOBACCO SHOP INCIDENT

On 18th of January, Sofia City Prosecutor’s Office filed the indictment against Ataka party leader Volen Siderov and Ataka MP Desislav Chukolov to Sofia City Court in relation to the 9th of October 2015 incident at the alcohol and tobacco shop in Rakovski street in Sofia.

The two MPs are charged with commitment of indecent acts, grossly violating public order and expressing obvious disrespect to the public, and that the act in its content was characterized with exceptional cynisism and impudence.

They are also accused that on the same date and place, they caused injuries to police officers, says the announcement on the website of Sofia City Prosecutor’s Office.
