BNT BROADCAST “VOICES OF HUMANITY”

Bulgaria’s public service broadcaster, the Bulgarian National Television (BNT), broadcast on 23rd of September a special 2 hour programme “Voices of Humanity” dedicated to the refugee crisis and encouraging tolerance towards the people seeking asylum.

BNT took part in the initiative of the Bulgarian Red Cross “Protect Humanity”, which involves over 190 countries. In the programme, BNT journalists talked about their meetings with people fleeing the war. Some of the most popular Bulgarian popular music stars joined the noble cause.

Anyone can support the initiative in order to provide assistance to the refugees by sending an SMS to number 1466. The price per SMS is one BGN.
