BRUNO MARS FROM SLIVEN

A double of the American singer Bruno Mars lives in the southeastern Bulgarian town of Sliven. The resemblance between the two is remarkable. Bruno Mars lookalike is Gallin Pehlivanov. He is 18 and studies at the French Language School in Sliven. The young singer has recorded 10 songs which have not been released yet. Gallin has been interested in music since he was a 6 year old.

“Many people see resemblance with Bruno Mars”, Galllin says to BNT and adds that he thinks Bruno is a wonderful person, musically literate and deals with music rather commercially. “In my opinion I don’t look like Bruno Mars, but people say I do, so I trust them”, Gallin said.

Currently Gallin is working on his latest song, entitled “Good morning”. Together with friends, he is making a video clip to the song.

Recently Gallin participated in a festival in France, at the invitation of the French Embassy. He met a lot of fellow musicians. Despite his young age, Gallin has set clear goals and has dreams, he is determined to fulfill.

"I dream of being at the top. I dream to become a one-off, different, to be unique, like most singers are”, says Gallin Pehlivanov.
