Coronavirus in Bulgaria: 161 new cases, total rises to 5315
One hundred and sixty one cases of coronavirus were confirmed in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours from 3150 PCR tests, data on the national information system shows on July 3.
The latest cases are in the following districts: Blagoevgrad – 5; Bourgas - 8; Varna - 15; Veliko Turnovo – 15; Kardzhali – 2; Kyustendil - 12; Lovech – 2; Montana – 2; Pazardzhik - 6; Pernik – 1; Pleven – 2; Plovdiv - 8; Razgrad - 2; Sliven - 6; Smolyan - 6; Sofia district - 13; Sofia city - 49; Stara Zagora - 4; Haskovo – 1; Shoumen – 2.
The total number of cases in the country is 5315. The active cases are 2281.
443 patients diagnosed with Covid-19 are in hospitals, 31 in serious condition.
80 Covid-19 patients recovered over the past 24 hours.
424 medical professionals have tested positive for the virus, including 6 over the past 24 hours.
The total number of fatalities is 232. No death was reported over the past 24 hours.
