„Питай кмета“ е публицистично предаване на БНТ 2, рубрика на предаването „Местно време“.

„Питай кмета“ стартира през 2011 г. като рубрика на „Местно време“ вече няколко сезона има за цел да бъде посредник между хората в регионите на страната и местната власт, да настоява за решаването на поставените проблеми, да обръща внимание на важните проекти, по който се работи в отделните общини.

‘Pitai kmeta’ (English: ‘Ask the Mayor’)

The Bulgarian National Television launched a campaign entitled ‘Pitai kmeta’. It focuses on the current issues of all regional municipalities in Sofia city.

BNT 2 will film reports, related to urgent or planned short-term renovations and reconstructions in the regions of Sofia city. This will be performed with the help of information supplied by the municipalities. Both media will organize meetings with residents of the respective municipalities at which they will be able to ask questions to their mayors.

The campaign includes a call for comment to every regional mayor in the show ‘Mestno vreme’.

In the news season the programme ‘Ask the Mayor’ places emphasis on the problems of the people in the cities and villages in the region of Sofia. The team of the programme aims at being a mediator between the residents from the municipalities in the region and the local government administration, and to search for solutions of problems people are interested in. “Ask the Mayor’ also focuses on important on-going projects in small towns and villages from the region.

The team of ‘Ask the Mayor’ welcomes viewers’ questions and comments on bnt2news@bnt.bg.
