PM Borissov: Coronavirus cases and death rate in Bulgaria is one of lowest in EU
In a video conference at the EPP summit on April 23, Bulgaria’s Prime Minister Boyko Borissov said that the only way to normalize the situation in the world is to develop a medicine to treat coronavirus and a vaccine.
He said that thanks to the timely Bulgaria took against the coronavirus spread, the country is in one of the lowest places in the EU in terms of coronavirus cases and mortality.
If the measures are relaxed too quickly - there may be a new wave of infected and deceased, Boyko Borissov addded.
