Bulgaria’s Health Minister, Kiril Ananiev, on April 6 issued an order imposing a temporary ban on entry into the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
The entry of citizens, irrespective of their nationality, coming from Italy, Spain, France, the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland, Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Luxembourg is temporarily prohibited at all checkpoints and by all types of transport.
Exceptions will be made for Bulgarian citizens and their families.
The order also introduces a quarantine procedure, as well as special rules for the persons providing goods and services.
