Volya party will contest in the European elections in a coalition

Volya party will take part in the European elections in a coalition named 'Volya-The Bulgarian Patriots', which will include the People's Party for Freedom and Dignity, United Social Democratsand the Agrarian Union Aleksandar Stamboliyski.

It will be promoting as shared values education; healthcare; security; European incomes; doing away with monopolies; protection of Bulgarian farmers’s interests; effective laws, and ethnic and religious tolerance.

Vesselin Mareshki, Chairman of Volya: We will be different, as always. The patriotic wave that floods the whole of Europe and which will culminate in May will change the Union from inside because it is clear to everyone that it cannot go on like that.

Veselin Mareshki also stressed that the coalition is being created for a whole cycle that will end with the next presidential elections.

"The European institutions need a change towards less bureaucracy, uncompromising measures against corruption, more freedom for national members and respect for the national identity and dignity of every country," said Mareshki.

Mareshki will top the coalition's ticket in the forthcoming European elections. He said he would consider the possibility of whether to give up his seat depending on the elections results.
