A man and a woman tried to acquire properties in the centre of Sofia with fake documents

Police officers from Sofia prevented a fraud attempt. As a result of an investigation undertaken on the basis of a tip-off, the officers identified a man and a woman who on 7 July in a notary's office in Sofia tried without legal grounds to obtain a property located in the central part of the city.

The couple used false documents - handwritten wills. Work on documenting their overall criminal activity continues.

The materials collected so far in the pre-trial proceedings have been reported to the Prosecutor's office.
