A whole family of medical professionals dies of Covid-19

Ava Vaklyova, the wife and mother of the father-and-son doctors, who both died of Covid-19, also passed away on September 3. She was a nurse.

The 60 year old Dr. Musa Vaklyov lost the battle with the coronavirus on August 23. Several days later, their son, 38 year old Dr. Emil Vaklyov, a cardiologist in a hospital in Blagoevgrad, also died of coronavirus.

The family of medics is from the village of Babyak. They performed their professional duties with dignity and dedication. They worked on the front line in the fight against the coronavirus.

A day of mourning was declared in their home town after their death.
