Association of Bulgarian Employers' Organisations refers to institutions over high electricity prices
The Association of Bulgarian Employers' Organisations on August 13 sent a signal to the Prosecutor General's Office, the Specialized Prosecutor's Office, the Sofia City Prosecutor's Office, the Ministry of Interior, the State Agency for National Security, the Chief Directorate for Combating Organised Crime and the Commission for Protection of Competition.
The grounds for referring to these institutions are established data, allowing to make a reasonable assumption of a crime of a general nature, which with its size and scope endangers the economy and national security of the Republic of Bulgaria, the organisation said.
Taking into account the number of persons involved and participating in the achievement of the specific target result, it can also be assumed that there is a permanently structured criminal association, which aims to commit a crime, the statement said.
