The two parties decided to stand separately in the forthcoming EP elections after Valeri Simeonov, the leader of NFSB, refused to participate in "United Patriots" negotiations. (United Patriots is an alliance of three nationalist parties Ataka, NFSB and IMRO).
Ataka decided to include young people in the list after casting on the party television. Valeri Simeonov himself leads the list of NFSB. IMRO parliamentary partners sign on 23rd of April an election support agreement with the Agricultural People's Union. The current MEP Angel Dzhambazki is on the top of the list.
