Bulgaria opens 760 polling stations abroad for the 2-in-1 presidential and general elections
Bulgarians abroad will vote in 760 polling stations in 68 countries, at the elections on November 14, Ivan Kondov,, head of a working group for voting abroad at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, said on October 22, as quoted by BNR.
He said that the biggest difficulty might be the delivery of machines and ballots to all polling stations abroad in a possible second round of the presidential election.
"We did analyses, and if we don't receive the paper ballots and the machines by November 16, which is Tuesday morning, by around 10:00, for example, we are really not sure that we will be able to deliver ballots and voting machines for the second round," Kondov commented.
