The investigation into the murder of the border police officer near Elhovo is at its final stage. This became clear after a meeting on January 3 between Bulgarian and Turkish prosecutors, which took place at the border checkpoint "Kapitan Andreevo".

After it was confirmed that the crime was not committed by human traffickers, but by people who steal animals.
