Bulgaria’s caretaker government holds its first meeting today
The caretaker government is currently holding its first meeting, which started at 13.00 on May 13.
Prime Minister Stefan Yanev announced that today the government will consider the positions of the cabinet for forthcoming participation in meetings in European format next week.
He promised honest, open and complete information.
"We are working at full speed, everything is under control," he said.
He denied media reports that caretaker Transport Minister Georgi Todorov had tested positive for coronavirus. The lab that did the test made a mistake and apologized.
The cabinet will also discuss the prospects for social assistance and the National Vaccination Plan.
