In an interview for the BNT morning programme on 7th of July, Bulgaria’s Deputy Prime Minister of Labour and Social Policy, Ivailo Kalfin, said that Bulgaria would not be affected heavily by the crisis in Greece, because it was not a Eurozone member.
The Bulgarian government nmonitors the situation in Greece carefully, because 200,000 Bulgarians work there and there is a risk of large shrinking at the labour market in Greece. The labour attache in the Bulgarian embassy is in constant contact with the Bulgarians in Greece, Kalfin added.
