Bulgaria’s Entry in Eurovision 2017 to Perform at #25 in the Grand Final

Bulgaria’s representative in Eurovision 2017, Kristian Kostov, will perform the song Beautiful Mess under number 25 in the Grand Final, which will take place on Saturday, 13th of May. The contest is hosted by Kyiv, Ukraine, and produced by the Ukrainian broadcaster UA:PBC.

The Bulgarian entry was one of the 10 songs to reach the final from the semi-final on 11th of May.

A total of 26 countries will participate in the final – the 20 winners from the two semi-finals, the representatives of the host country Ukraine and the ‘big five’ (founders and main sponsors of the competition), which automatically qualify for the Grand Final - France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom.

In the Grand Final, viewers from all 42 participating countries can vote, after the 26 finalists have performed.

The voting window opens after the last song (from France) has been performed. Voting will be available by phone or via free Eurovision mobile app. Voting details will be displayed by the local broadcaster.

Viewers on the territory of the participating countries will have the possibility to vote for the Bulgarian representative.

It will not be possible for viewers in the territory of Bulgaria to vote for the Bulgarian song, but it will be possible for all the other participating countries to vote for it.

Bulgarians in the territory of countries allowed to vote will have the possibility to cast their vote for the Bulgarian entry Beautiful Mess and Kristian Kostov.

If you are in a country where voting is allowed, please, make sure you follow the voting details on how to vote, which the local broadcaster will display on the TV screen.

If you wish to support the Bulgarian entry, you can send number 25 via SMS to the number of the mobile operator specified on the screen of the local broadcaster. Viewers have the right to vote up to 20 times on a mobile number. The cost of the SMS is different for each country. The viewers will also be given the opportunity to vote through the free Eurovision mobile app.

After the public vote has closed, presenters will call upon spokespersons in all 42 countries and ask them to reveal their jury points live on air. The juries decide their votes based on the dress rehearsal the night before the main show.

After all 42 countries have revealed their jury points live on air, the viewers’ votes from each of those countries will be added up and then the acts with the lowest to highest scores will be revealed, eventually revealing the winner in the 62nd Eurovision Song Contest.
