A check into the codes clearly showed that there were no problems with the voting machines, caretaker Prime Minister Galab Donev said on November 29.

According to him, there is no way for a person from any party to hold the code and manipulate the machines.
He indicated that he believes in the reason of the National Assembly to form a majority or a coalition to produce a regular government that would pass a law on the 2023 budget, outline policies on incomes, pensions and other social payments. He again reiterated that there is no way the caretaker cabinet could develop such policies.
Bulgaria is in the process of talks with the European Commision regarding Russian crude oil products. Brussels should indicate whether they can be exported.
