Commission for Protection of Competition sanctions Lukoil with 195 million BGN for abuse of dominant position
The Commission for Protection of Competition has imposed a sanction to the amount of 195 million BGN on Lukoil Neftohim Burgas and Lukoil-Bulgaria.
Lukoil Group’s behaviour constitutes abuse of dominant position on the fuel market both under national law and EU law, the Commission said on April 5.
