Constitutional Court: The President and the Vice-President shall be Immune

No procedural and extra-procedural actions shall be performed on the President and the Vice-President, is the response of the Constitutional Court to Prosecutor-General Ivan Geshev who asked the judicial body about the President's and the Vice-President's immunity.

The magistrates rule that procedural and extra-procedural actions, which refer to criminal repression and violate their personal rights and liberties, are inadmissible against the figures of the President and the Vice-President while in office. They shall not be charged, tapped, tracked or be subject to special intelligence tools.
