Coronavirus in Bulgaria: 1107 new cases

The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 1,107 from 5,374 tests, the daily report on the National Information Portal shows on July 15.

The test positivity rate is slightly over 20,6%.

The total lab-confirmed cases in the country since the start of the epidemic are 1,182,764.

The active cases are 10,929.

Of the total, 533 patients are in hospitals, 38 of them being in intensive care.

During the past 24 hours:

• 633 recoveries;

• 3,930 administered doses of Covid-19 vaccines;

• 2 Covid-19 related death.

Of the daily cases, 65.31% had not been vaccinated.

Of those who died, 100% had not been vaccinated.

There were 96 new hospitalisations, of which 72.92% had not been vaccinated.
