Coronavirus in Bulgaria: 128 new cases

The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 128 from 3,644 tests, the daily report on the National Information Portal shows on January 12, 2023.

The total lab-confirmed cases in the country since the start of the epidemic are 1,293,812.

The active cases are 3,860.

Of the total, 365 patients are in hospitals, 41 of them being in intensive care.

During the past 24 hours:

• 381 recoveries;

• 311 administered doses of Covid-19 vaccines;

• 5 Covid-19 related deaths.

Of the daily cases, 66,41% had not been vaccinated.

Of those who died, 80,00% had not been vaccinated.

There were 41 new hospitalisations, of which 60,98% had not been vaccinated.
