Coronavirus in Bulgaria: 1,382 new cases
The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 1,382 from 14,082 tests, the daily report on the National Information Portal shows on April 29.
775 were confirmed from PCR and 607 from antigen tests.
The latest cases registered in the districts are as follows:
Blagoevgrad – 53; Bourgas - 80; Varna - 122; Veliko Turnovo – 44; Vidin – 14; Vratsa – 28; Gabrovo – 21; Dobrich – 35; Kardzhali - 29; Kyustendil - 15; Lovech - 19; Montana - 29; Pazardzhik - 33; Pernik - 37; Pleven – 12; Plovdiv - 127; Razgrad - 18; Rousse - 57; Silistra - 10; Sliven - 24; Smolyan – 20; Sofia district - 50; Sofia city – 331; Stara Zagora - 59; Targovishte - 21; Haskovo - 40; Shoumen – 36; Yambol - 18.
The total lab-confirmed positive cases in the country since the start of the epidemic are 402,491.
The active cases are 50,782.
Of the total, 7,168 patients are in hospitals, 697 of them being in intensive care.
During the past 24 hours:
· 3,013 recoveries, bringing the total to date to 335,431;
· 25,355 administered doses of Covid-19 vaccines, bringing the total to date to 776,254;
· 96 Covid-19 related deaths, thus bringing the death toll to date to 16,278.
