Coronavirus in Bulgaria: 152 new cases

The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 152 from 3,091 tests, the daily report on the National Information Portal shows on June 16.

The total lab-confirmed positive cases in the country since the start of the epidemic are 1,167,466.

The active cases are 63,724.

Of the total, 249 patients are in hospitals, 28 of them being in intensive care.

During the past 24 hours:

· 1,160 recoveries;

· 447 administered doses of Covid-19 vaccines;

· 4 Covid-19 related deaths.

Of the daily cases, 67,11% had not been vaccinated.

Of those who died, 100,00% had not been vaccinated.

There were 19 new hospitalisations, of which 78,95% had not been vaccinated.
