Coronavirus in Bulgaria: 167 new cases

The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 167 from 1,273 tests, the daily report on the National Information Portal shows on October 24.

The total lab-confirmed cases in the country since the start of the epidemic are 1,273,231.

The active cases are 10,267.

Of the total, 701 patients are in hospitals, 58 of them being in intensive care.

During the past 24 hours:

• 13 recoveries;

• 15 administered doses of Covid-19 vaccines;

• 0 Covid-19 related deaths.

Of the daily cases, 59,28% had not been vaccinated.

There were 27 new hospitalisations, of which 74,07% had not been vaccinated.
