Coronavirus in Bulgaria: 1,892 new cases, positivity rate is at 9.7%

The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 458 from 4,740 tests, the daily report on the National Information Portal shows on September 20.

The daily percentage of positive tests is at 9.7%.

The total lab-confirmed positive cases in the country since the start of the epidemic are 482,186.

The active cases are 38,734.

Of the total, 4,750 patients are in hospitals, 391 of them being in intensive care.

During the past 24 hours:

· 1,069 recoveries, bringing the total to date to 423,424

· 1,697 administered doses of Covid-19 vaccines, bringing the total to date to 2,458,928

· 43 Covid-19 related deaths, thus the death toll to date is 20,028.
