Coronavirus in Bulgaria: 221 new cases

The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 221 from 3,938 tests, the daily report on the National Information Portal shows on December 1.

Test positivity rate is 4,7%.

The total lab-confirmed cases in the country since the start of the epidemic are 1,287,256.

The active cases are 4,486.

Of the total, 370 patients are in hospitals, 42 of them being in intensive care.

During the past 24 hours:

• 439 recoveries;

• 569 administered doses of Covid-19 vaccines;

• 0 Covid-19 related deaths.

Of the daily cases, 56,11% had not been vaccinated.

There were 41 new hospitalisations, of which 60,98% had not been vaccinated.
