Coronavirus in Bulgaria: 2,737 new cases

The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 2,737 from 44,303 tests, the daily report on the National Information Portal shows on November 20.

Test positivity rate is approximately 6%.

The total lab-confirmed positive cases in the country since the start of the epidemic are 671,100

The active cases are 108,604.

Of the total, 7, 276 patients are in hospitals, 767 of them being in intensive care.

During the past 24 hours:

· 3,138 recoveries, bringing the total to date to 535,372

· 21,753 administered doses of Covid-19 vaccines, bringing the total to date to 3,174,224.

· 139 Covid-19 related deaths, thus the death toll to date is 27,124.

Of the daily cases, 82.24% had not been vaccinated.

Of those who died, 93.53% had not been vaccinated.

There were 783 new hospitalisations, of which 87.61% had not been vaccinated.

*Those considered to be vaccinated had completed the course of vaccination with 2 shots.
