Coronavirus in Bulgaria: 2,803 new cases
The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 2,803 from 16,965 tests, the daily report on the National Information Portal shows on April 10.
1,579 were confirmed from PCR and 1,224 from antigen tests.
The latest cases registered in the districts are as follows:
Blagoevgrad – 97; Bourgas - 155; Varna - 250; Veliko Turnovo – 88; Vidin – 18; Vratsa - 52; Gabrovo – 37; Dobrich – 79; Kardzhali - 41; Kyustendil - 23; Lovech - 53; Montana - 46; Pazardzhik - 79; Pernik - 48; Pleven – 71; Plovdiv - 244; Razgrad - 31; Rousse - 120; Silistra - 42; Sliven - 75; Smolyan – 32; Sofia district - 92; Sofia city – 662; Stara Zagora - 157; Targovishte - 36; Haskovo - 68; Shoumen – 53; Yambol - 54.
The total lab-confirmed positive cases in the country since the start of the epidemic are 370,179.
The active cases are 71,002.
Of the total, 10,271 patients are in hospitals, 812 of them being in intensive care.
During the past 24 hours:
· 2,890 recoveries, bringing the total to date to 284,869;
· 14,874 administered doses of Covid-19 vaccine, bringing the total to date to 567,396;
· 138 Covid-19 related deaths, thus bringing the death toll to date to 14,308.
