Coronavirus in Bulgaria: 292 new cases, 19 deaths

The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 292 from 5,393 tests, the daily report on the National Information Portal shows on June 6.

Test positivity rate is 5.41%.

The total lab-confirmed positive cases in the country since the start of the epidemic are 1,166,148.

The active cases are 72,329.

Of the total, 319 patients are in hospitals, 28 of them being in intensive care.

During the past 24 hours:

· 1,092 recoveries;

· 413 administered doses of Covid-19 vaccines;

· 19 Covid-19 related deaths.

There were 59=8 new hospitalisations, of which 75,86% had not been vaccinated.
