Coronavirus in Bulgaria: 298 new cases

The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 298 from 2,748 tests, the daily report on the National Information Portal shows on November 3, 2023.

Test positivity rate is 10,8%.

The total lab-confirmed cases in the country since the start of the pandemic are 1,324,237.

The active cases are 5,285.

Of the total, 486 patients are in hospitals, 36 of them being in intensive care.

During the past 24 hours:

• 322 recoveries, bringing the total to date to 1,280,394

• 2,168 administered doses of Covid-19 vaccines, bringing the total to 4,702,443;

• 2 Covid-19 related deaths, bringing the total to 38,558;

Of the daily cases, 59,06%% had not been vaccinated.

Of those who died, 100,00% had not been vaccinated.

There were 63 new hospitalisations, of which 73,02% had not been vaccinated.
