Coronavirus in Bulgaria: 4,375 new cases
The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 4,375 from 17,120 tests, the daily report on the National Information Portal shows on March 25.
2,685 were confirmed from PCR and 1,690 from antigen tests.
The latest cases registered in the districts are as follows:
Blagoevgrad – 136; Bourgas - 364; Varna - 362; Veliko Turnovo – 97; Vidin – 17; Vratsa - 129; Gabrovo – 31; Dobrich - 93; Kardzhali - 38; Kyustendil - 38; Lovech - 92; Montana - 64; Pazardzhik - 81; Pernik - 79; Pleven – 139; Plovdiv - 367; Razgrad - 60; Rousse - 169; Silistra - 100; Sliven - 103; Smolyan – 49; Sofia district - 171; Sofia city – 1,105; Stara Zagora - 216; Targovishte - 48; Haskovo - 65; Shoumen – 97; Yambol - 65.
The total lab-confirmed positive cases in the country since the start of the epidemic are 317,116.
The active cases are 62,392.
Of the total, 9,125 patients are in hospitals, 743 of them being in intensive care.
During the past 24 hours:
· 2,709 recoveries, bringing the total to date to 242,311;
· 12,504 administered doses of Covid-19 vaccine, bringing the total to date to 401,309;
· 106 Covid-19 related deaths, thus bringing the death toll to date to 12,413.
