Coronavirus in Bulgaria: 55 new cases, daily percentage of positive tests is at 0.4%

The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 55 from 12 565 tests, the daily report on the National Information Portal shows on July 9.

The daily percentage of positive tests is at 0.4%

Sixteen districts in the country reported no Covid-19 case.

The total lab-confirmed positive cases in the country since the start of the epidemic are 422,353.

The active cases are 8,000.

Of the total, 895 patients are in hospitals, 108 of them being in intensive care.

During the past 24 hours:

· 157 recoveries, bringing the total to date to 396,219

· 12,293 administered doses of Covid-19 vaccines, bringing the total to date to 1,835,681

· 5 Covid-19 related deaths, thus bringing the death toll to date to 18,134.
