Coronavirus in Bulgaria: 782 new cases, positivity rate is at 4.3%

The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 782 from 18,166 tests, the daily report on the National Information Portal shows on August 12.

The total lab-confirmed positive cases in the country since the start of the epidemic are 430,410

The active cases are 12,577.

Of the total, 1,222 patients are in hospitals, 108 of them being in intensive care.

During the past 24 hours:

· 217 recoveries, bringing the total to date to 399,527

· 12,322 administered doses of Covid-19 vaccines, bringing the total to date to 2,126, 824

· 18 Covid-19 related deaths, thus the death toll to date is 18,306.
