Coronavirus in Bulgaria: 816 new cases from 2,716 PCR tests

The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 816 from 2,716 PCR tests, data published on the National Information Portal on coronavirus shows on November 16.

The total lab-confirmed positive cases in the country since the start of the epidemic are 98,251.

The active cases are 66,746.

Of the total, 5,247 patients are in hospitals, 293 of them being in intensive care.

The recoveries over the 24-hour period are 570. The total recoveries are 29,375.

39 Covid-19 related deaths were reported in the past 24 hours, thus bringing the death toll to 2,130.
