Delyan Peevski reacts to initiative for "cordon sanitaire" around him

Throughout the election campaign, Bulgarian citizens watched, listened and marvelled at the desperate attempts of a handful of infantile, random politicians to "wash" themselves of their own mess. The elections, however, have passed, and the madness of these people is deepening - they are writing letters and declarations, ripping garments apart in TV studios and broadcasters. Why so - perhaps because of the fact that this election has consolidated their loss of 300,000 votes. This is what Movement for Rights and Freedoms - New Beginning leader Delyan Peevski said in a position sent to the media on November 5.

Calling the WCC-DB leaders by mock names and calling them "political caricatures", he said that their "sanitary cordon" idea for isolating him was "a bout of political schizophrenia".

"But since people ask me why are these caricatures of politicians jumping against me, politicians who are named with the diminutive Kiki, Nikki-Miki, Asenkata and Nasseto the Great, it is good for the Bulgarian people to know the answer to this question.

"The whole hassle is about Boyko Borissov, whom they (We Continue the Change – Democratic Bulgaria) wanted to retire. For nine months these people have been begging me to unite against Borissov because without me they could not defeat him because they are terribly afraid of him". WCC-DB offered various "shameful deals and I am proud that I always refused such deals," Peevski said.

For nine months, as puppies, Kiki, Nikki-Miki, Asenkata and Nasseto the Great were in my office, drank liters of Turkish coffee and talked all kinds of nonsense, and today I hear about myself things that they said in my office about Borisov.

“These are bouts of political schizophrenia", Peevski pointed out.

"But as a person who has been with this gang for 9 months, I know what they want to achieve, no matter by what means,” he says.

According to Peevski, the most important thing for WCC-DB is to have Minister of Interior, Prosecutor General, Head of the anti-corruption commission, President of the Sofia Appellate Court (SAC) and Chair of the State Agency for National Security (SANS) as "members of their gang" in order to cover up "everything they have done and plan to do."

But the much more important goal is that with these members of their gang, they will be able to deal with all their opponents and one day all these opponents will disappear without a trace.

The first such victim was Borissov, who was dragged out of his home and arrested in the most brutal way. Then it all came to an inglorious end, like every campaign they have organised.

Without a Minister of Interior from their gang - their electoral result is half less.

One more thing - all their hysteria after the elections is also because of the fear of exposure of all their thefts which are still being covered up. But this cannot go on.

This is the truth about them, I will always expose them and as you can see they are harmful and dangerous to the country.

In these three years they have committed so many crimes and thefts that you cannot fit them in one statement, but they must be sure that the New Beginning will come and the whole truth will come out.

Now they are trying to destroy the party system and bring in a new savior, but I remind them - the fate of political leaders is not decided in the offices in the National Assembly! The fate of political leaders is decided by the voters and the will of the people.

"Everything they do goes beyond any norm, democratic and legal principles and they will bear responsibility for it. And because of the lies that are being poured on the people of MRF-New Beginning I declare that if they continue like this, by all means of democracy, we will defend our choice and our will."

“And if we have to, in the end we will all meet with them to ask them personally - who are we and how are we being set up or faked and how dare they try to remove us from political life, taking away our civil rights.

The trust of these nearly 300,000 voters is our mission and our duty, and we at MRF-New Beginning will live up to that trust. I guarantee this," the leader of "MRF - New Beginning" wrote.
