Five more districts in Bulgaria drop out of the Covid-19 “red zone” list and are now designated as “orange”
The Covid-19 infection rate in Bulgaria is falling. The districts of Vratsa, Pleven, Razgrad, Silistra and Shumen are now in the orange zone.
Out of the 28 districts in the country, 8 in total have dropped out of the Covid-19 red zone and the incidence rate in them has decreased to less than 120 per 100,000 population, weekly report by the National Centre for Infectious and Parasitic Diseases shows.
Caretaker Minister of Health issued orders to ease some of the anti-epidemic measures.
From May 19, larger number of spectators will be allowed at sporting events, occupying up to 50% of the seating capacity in stadiums and indoors.
