Foreign Ministry: Republic of N Macedonia’s government has been notified by 3 notes of the arrival of the Bulgarian delegation in Skopje

Bulgaria’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs refuted a statement by Prime Minister Dimitar Kovacevski that the government of North Macedonia had not received a message that a Bulgarian delegation would attend the commemoration of Gotse Delchev tomorrow, February 4.

The Bulgarian embassy in Skopje has officially informed the authorities in our south-western neighbour that an official Bulgarian delegation, headed by caretaker Deputy Prime Minister, Ivan Demerdzhiev, will lay a wreath and pay tribute at Gotse Delchev's grave tomorrow.

Three notes verbale were sent - one yesterday and two today, the Foreign Ministry said on February 3.
