Heavy snowfall in Northwestern Bulgaria causes power outages, road closures
Nine villages in Northwestern Bulgarian district of Vratsa remained without electricity as heavy snow caused disruptions in the power transmission network on January 11. Repair teams continue to work to restore the electricity supply, the municipality said .
