No serious public order violations were reported on election day, October 29.

Members of the public can report violations that hinder the normal course of the electoral process and are relevant to the activities of the Ministry of Interior to the Ministry's 24-hour telephone line 02 90 112 98 and to the email izbori@mvr.bg, as well as to the especially launched telephone lines and e-mails at the local regional directorates of the Ministry of Interior.

Since the beginning of the campaign until 15.30 today, the Ministry of Interior and the Regional Directorates of the Ministry of Interior have received a total of 1,649 alerts on violations of electoral legislation and citizens' political rights.

Since the beginning of the election campaign, 159 pre-trial proceedings have been initiated (45 summary and 114 general proceedings), 140 of them for violation of the political rights of citizens and 19 for other violations related to the electoral process. The data are dynamic.

As at 3 p.m.today, the Bulgarian Identity Documents Units of the Ministry of Interior and the District Directorates of the Ministry of Interior have issued 477 certificates to citizens without IDs to allow them to exercise their right to vote. A total of 1,350 of such certificates have been issued between 24 October and today.

The situation at the border crossing points is normal. In case of the formation of vehicle queues, the Border Police officers are ready to introduce relaxed checks.
