Motorists advised to show caution while driving through Predela pass due to snow cover

It has been snowing on "Predela" pass, Western Bulgaria and the snow cover accumulated for the recent two hours on December 7 is about 4-5 cm.

Snow ploughs are cleaning the roads at a regular basis, but drivers are advised be very careful and drive at a reasonable speed. In the area of the village of Gradevo the snow turns into rain.

The danger of falling stones on the road to Bansko and in Kresna gorge, is increased, the Regional Road Administration warn.
