NEW PRICES OF VIGNETTE STICKERS COME INTO FORCE IN BULGARIA

The new, higher prices of vignette stickers come into forces as of 10th of December.

For cars, the vignette valid for one year will now cost 97 BGN, the one week vignette will cost 15 BGN and the price for one month vignette will go up from 25 BGN to 30 BGN. By the end of December, drivers can buy vignette stickers for this year at the old prices.

The increase in the price of the vignette stickers can be offset by the decrease in the prices of fuel around the holidays, Vassil Simov, CEO of Sofia Stock Exchange, said in the BNT morning programme on 10th of December. However, he noted that there were factors in Bulgaria, which did now allow a significant drop in the prices of fuels.
