One dead after a crash in a tunnel on Hemus motorway

A driver died in a head-on crash between a car and a lorry in ‘Praveshki Hanove’ tunnel on Hemus motorway on July 8.

The accident was reported at the emergency number at 13.01. The driver of the car died on the spot.

A huge traffic jam has formed in the area. The tunnel is closed as traffic is only in one tube due to repairs.

Traffic is being diverted on the road Pravets - Osikovska Lakavitsa.
