Parliament will hold an extraordinary sitting on 2 April

The Speaker of Bulgaria’s Parliament, Rosen Zhelyazkov, convened an extraordinary sitting of Parliament on April 2, 2024 at 10:00 am.

The sitting was convened on the basis of Art. 78, item 1 of the Constitution of the Republic of Bulgaria.

The only item on the agenda is a second vote on a draft law amending the Bulgarian National Bank Act, tabled by MPs Temenouzhka Petkova, Yordan Tsonev, Anna Alexandrova and Hamid Hamid on March 29, 2024.
