Police found 30 illegal migrants in Students’ City apartment in Sofia

Thirty illegal migrants were found in an apartment in Students’ city in Sofia last night (November 9).

The migrants told the police they were from Morocco and Syria.

The police operation was launched after a signal.

The tenant of the apartment was found to be of Arab origin. It will be clarified whether the apartment in question is used to harbour illegal migrants.

Pre-trial proceedings have been initiated in the case.
