The police officer who was injured in a chase with illegal migrants near Sofia in late November has died, the Ministry of Interior said on December 23. “St Anna” Hospital said the man died last night.

The 51-year-old man was seriously injured in a crash on the Ring Road, near Kazichene and Trakia motorway on November 22.

Then, a van with migrants crashed into a police car.
