President Radev on the shooting at Bulgarian club in Ohrid: Republic of North Macedonia’s path to EU passes through the recognition of Bulgarians' rights

The state leadership of the Republic of North Macedonia should understand that the path to the EU goes through the recognition and respect of the rights of the Macedonian Bulgarians, Bulgaria’s President Rumen Radev said on November 24 in connection with last night's shooting at a Bulgarian club in Ohrid.

"This is the only way for the citizens of the Republic of North Macedonia to really take the path they have said they want to take. And, of course, with respect for our common history and common historical roots," the Head of State added.
