President Rumen Radev will hand over the first mandate to form a government on Friday at 5 pm, the head of state's press secretariat said on March 13.

The mandate will be handed to the largest political force in the 49th Parliament - GERB-UDF. According to the Constitution, they will have one week to return the mandate - fulfilled or not.
