Prosecutor's Office requests legal assistance in UAE regarding interrogation of gambling tycoon Vassil Bozhkov

The Prosecutor’s Office has submitted a request to the Ministry of Justice for legal assistance to be sent to the UAE in relation to the interrogation of gambling businessman Vassil Bozhkov as a witness.

The interrogation is part of the investigation into Bozhkov's allegations that he was blackmailed by former Prime Minister Boyko Borissov, former Finance Minister Vladislav Goranov and former head of the government information service Sevdalina Arnaudova.

The request was submitted with an attached translation in Arabic language, the State Prosecutor's Office confirmed for BNT on April 1.
