Rally by GERB youth orgnaisation after court declared former PM Borissov's arrest unlawful

The youth organisation of GERB on April 14 organised a rally in front of the Ministry of Interior after the court's decision that former Prime Minister Borissov's arrest was unlawful.

Court revoked the detention order for former Prime Minister Borissov, ordered Ministry of Interior to pay him 310 BGN

They demanded the resignations of Minister of Interior Boyko Rashkov and Culture Minister Atanas Atanasov.

They called on Minister Rashkov to arrest them because they "admit" that they are to blame for the high prices of lamb and eggs before the Easter holidays.

The Sofia District Court today revoked the detention order for former Prime Minister Boyko Borisov and ordered the Ministry of Interior to pay him 310 BGN in court costs.

The decision is subject to appeal within 14 days.
